The lovely daisy has always been one of my favorite flowers.  The daisy symbolizes innocence, true love, new beginnings and happiness. The daisy opens each morning to greet the sun and gently closes her petals at the end of the day.  Its botanical name means beautiful (bellis) and forever (perennis). This field of daisies are a delight receive as a gift or as a joyful “hello” in the mailbox!
