Shop Policies

 

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards as payment via PayPal checkout. Payment is due immediately upon purchase from our Shop. Please contact us if you have any problems with the payment process.

  • We are unable to accept money orders or checks at this time.

  • For commission pieces, we accept all major credit cards as payment via Square. Payment will be arranged upon final approval and receipt of artwork. We want you to love it before you buy it! 

  • Please inquire for pricing and availability if not already noted.

Shipping

  • We like to keep things simple over here, so we charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping orders up to $50.00. Any orders more than $50 will receive free shipping.

  • All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed. We typically ship 2-3 times a week.

  • If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we can provide you the with the additional shipping fee schedule from UPS or Fed Ex.

  • Notecards and prints are shipped via USPS, First Class mail. Alternatively, UPS might also be used.

  • Original paintings are generally local pick-up/delivery surrounding the Atlanta, GA area but special arrangements can be made for areas outside GA.

  • Please be sure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location (unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course). We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order, if the package is returned to us for any reason.

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. All packages receive a tracking number via the postal service/ UPS. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

  • Gift wrap and note enclosure are available upon request- just contact us!

International Shipping

Please contact us for pricing and arrangement. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred.. 

Refunds

We want you to be delighted and satisfied with your purchase. Although we cannot offer refunds, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.  Please email us within five days of receiving your order at perrie@thegiftedpear.com to discuss the details. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
